Picture Emailing Instructions

Here are the instructions for sending me pictures for the website.

1.  Create a new folder for the pics you want to send me.

2.  Copy the pics you want to send me into that folder.

3.  Right click on one of the pictures, roll your mouse over "Open With" and click on "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" and proceed to step 5.

4.  If you don't see "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" click on "Choose Program."  If you don't see it there just go ahead and email the pics to me as they are and your done.

5.  Now click on "View" and "Thumbnails."  Select all of the pics by pressing "Ctrl A" then click "Picture" and "Compress Pictures."

6.  On the right side click "Compress for Documents" and click "Ok."  This may take a few minutes so be patient.  What this is doing is reducing the file size so they won't take so long to upload.

7.  Lastly click "File" and "Save All" then email all the pics to me with a description of what they are and I will get them on the website.
